It is your responsibility to inform yourself about the registration procedures specific to the host institution. The completed registration form can be returned to the UNCI Coordinator at New York University. If you don`t want to do this, be sure to keep a copy for your records until your note is published in NYU. All registrations at NYU must be completed within the first 3 weeks of tuition for the semester.

Tuition is only charged and paid to NYU. If you have a MacCracken scholarship, your tuition will be covered for your IUDC course. Additional fees may be charged by host institutions for laboratory fees, if applicable. If you need to cancel your IUDC course, be sure to cancel both the consortium`s “dummy" course at NYU and the actual course at the host school. Member schools send each other the final grades about three weeks after the end of each semester. If you have completed your course and your grade has been published at the host school at that time, you don`t have to do anything else to receive your grade at NYU. If you have not completed your course or your grade has not been published at the time of the exchange of notes, it is your responsibility to take action that will bring your grade to NYU. .

Notice of Disagreement Reddit

With the exception of a few cases, calls are always handled locally. If you disagree with the new decision, the next step is to file a VA 9 form and appeal to the Veterans Appeal Board. Depending on the complexity of your case, the formal appeal process can take several years (and each time you submit new evidence before a decision, this waiting period increases). It`s best to make sure that you provide all the information and evidence to tell your story during the NOD phase, as this will solve your problem as quickly as possible. The most important section is the narrative to explain why you think VA made your claim wrong. Do not leave this field blank. It`s quite possible that VA missed something, and if you don`t report it, VA will never know. Tell your story, but be clear and concise. If you need more space, add additional pages and documentation, such as private medical records. B to clarify your point.

To file the NOD, file Form VA 21-0958, Notice of Disagreement, which was attached to your claim decision. This is your chance to tell VA how you think the decision is wrong. If you don`t feel confident enough to do it yourself, your VSO can help. In the traditional appeal process, a VA rating specialist reviews the previous assessment and any new evidence to determine whether a clear and unequivocal error (SES) was made in the previous decision. The NOD also asks you to choose between the Adjudication Review Officer (DSB) process or the traditional appeal review process. A call works in much the same way. It all depends on whether you can provide more convincing evidence to justify a change in the previous decision, or if you`re lucky and get another review. You may want to read the Rating Disability Schedule (38 CFR, Part 1), which includes all the information on how claims are assessed, how VA mathematics works (38 CFR, Part 1, Section 4.25), and how percentages are based on your symptoms (38CFR, Part 1, Subsection B). Attention: The CFR is dense in legal and medical information, and we therefore recommend that you seek help from a VSO.

The timing depends on your office, whether you are requesting a hearing, a de novo or traditional procedure, etc. And honestly, if your attractiveness is a minor issue, it could be chosen as soon as possible. If your symptoms do not reach the next higher level of assessment, VA cannot increase your score. In this case, you`d better maintain the current rating, and if your symptoms worsen, you can always ask for an increase later. If you are still not satisfied, you can take one last step and have your case heard before the Veterans Appeal Court. Good luck, I hope you can save yourself years of waiting and resolve your objection on the spot. If you have any questions about your assessment decision, you can always contact your local Veterans Service Organization (PNO), sit down with a representative from your local VA office, or call the VA National Call Centre at 800-827-1000. You can explain your opinion in order to decide what to do next. This high level of accuracy is partly due to the fact that most decision-making is now automated. Medical information is entered by the assessor, and the score for each problem is calculated and a rationale is provided.

If you`re considering filing an appeal, we recommend reading this blog series that includes more details about the appeal process: you may think va shouldn`t have rejected your claim, you should have received a higher percentage, or the effective date was wrong, but there`s a good chance that this is against it. That`s not to say that VA never makes a mistake, but an overwhelming majority of VA`s time makes the right decision based on the available evidence. In fact, the accuracy of assessing VA problems is 95%. In both processes, a new decision can be made on the basis of evidence of the case. If you`re not sure which option is best for you, contact your VSO for advice. As explained above, there are three main issues in your claim decision that you may disagree with: the link to the service, the effective date, and the disability rating (assessment percentage). There is also an option for “others" if they are not appropriate. The NOD form contains blocks for each dispute (the medical conditions for which you submitted the claim), for example. B the condition of the knee or kidney stones.

Only list the conditions on the NOD if you disagree with the note. For example, if you have been evaluated for three terms and you do not agree with a single decision, list only the decision with which you disagree. Then check the block that indicates what you don`t agree with (service connection, trial level, or effective date). The de novo review allows a Review Officer (DSB) to review the case and possibly set aside a previous ruling. Traditionally, it leaves fewer high-level reviews to assess attractiveness. When you request a hearing, you will automatically receive a de novo review since you will be speaking before a DSB. I nodded on Tuesday, so we`ll wait and see. I had surgery on my right foot that fused my toe with my foot for arthritis. The operation was carried out by the naval hospital via the VA. The LT who performed the operation wrote a statement in which he said he was service-related, I think that would be enough Prof, but once again I overestimated the VA.

Figurative foot problems would be associated with being in the infantry, which I found false. As part of the DSB review, an experienced assessor will conduct a thorough review of your claim and any new evidence you provide. The DRO may reserve an additional compensation and retirement (C&P) check for you or contact you for follow-up questions. Overall, though, I would give it 1-2 years at the local level. If you are not satisfied with their decision, it may take even longer (2 to 7 years) to go to the Veterans Appeal Board (BIA). BVA can go through the same process of additional developments, testing, etc. So, if you are not satisfied with your opinion, first read your notification letter carefully and carefully review your decision. These documents should explain problem by problem, why you received your review, and what is required for the next higher rating. It is also necessary to explain what the date of entry into force is and why. If VA did not serve your requested condition, the decision letter explains why the condition was not associated with the service. Once the DSB has reviewed your file, your NOD and any new evidence, it will make a decision. You can issue a new rating or continue the current rating decision.

Then you will receive an explanation of the case describing the information that was reviewed and how the DRO arrived at its decision. If you have reviewed the claim decision and still believe that the VA is wrong, you must provide additional evidence to support your condition(s) with your DSA. The decision on the complaint is certified after 30 days, but is not final until one year after the date of the decision. You can submit a notification of rejection at any time up to one year from the date of the decision. .

No Refund Agreement

And here`s the return policy for FabFitFun, a lifestyle subscription box service. It simply says that all sales are final. It`s common for subscription services to say “no refund" because customers have a billing schedule and can cancel the subscription before the next billing. In Australia, you are not allowed not to have a refund policy. Under Australia`s Consumer Act, consumers have the right to receive a replacement or refund, cancel a service or receive compensation for defective goods or services. Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges indicated on the packing slip or invoice. Shipping costs for all returns must be paid in advance and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the material during shipping. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All refunded amounts do not include shipping costs. Depending on where your business operates and who you serve, you will need to define the terms and limits of your refund policy based on applicable consumer laws.

In its App Store, Apple also extended this type of policy to all app purchases, including those that didn`t include subscriptions. However, this policy has violated the laws of the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France and other European Union countries where refunds are required for digital products. If the products are obviously used or have been tampered with, this indicates bad faith on the part of the customer. It is obvious that a refund is not appropriate. The same goes for applications or services that customers charge each year. They can cancel their membership before it is renewed for another year, but if they decide to cancel in the middle of the year, they will not be able to receive a refund for the remaining 6 months, even if they choose to stop using the product. Under UK law, refunds and returns are mandatory if the products are defective or do not match the product description. This is especially true if you are unable to make a refund due to the condition of the returned item or your business policy for returns and refunds.

Customers expect you to offer a refund policy that explains how, when and under what conditions they can return the purchased items or services. Authorizing a return or refund may not be beneficial to your end result. In these areas, you need the opposite of a return and refund policy: a no-return policy, not a refund. Stores usually allow returns and refunds because it guarantees good business practices and creates a loyal and regular customer base, but they are not required to do so by law. Here is an example of Asos` return policy. He points out that some items cannot be returned if the protective seals have been broken due to customer safety concerns. In addition, they check the quality of the returned items to determine if they are eligible for a refund. Unless your app is only available on Apple`s App Store in the US, returns and refunds are inevitable, so it`s unlikely you`ll be able to prevent it altogether. Google Play has a generous policy that allows customers to return an app or game within two hours of purchase and receive a refund. Customer safetyMany retailers do not allow refunds for privacy and cosmetics for health and safety reasons. This protects customers from buying something that might have been used.

When creating a no-refund policy, be aware of the international refund laws that apply to your business based on the regions you serve. Although Kobo is a North American company, its refund policy is also aimed at its customers in the EU. While there are no federal refund laws in the United States, many state laws do not require refunds, but allow companies to set their own refund policy. Another option is to charge a replenishment fee. The customer does not recover the entire purchase price, so this is a kind of “partial refund". The replenishment fee is intended to cover the costs of processing and processing to restore the product to a resalable state. Your business needs a comprehensive return and refund policy, ways to enforce the policy, and effective strategies for communicating rejected refunds to customers. Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. However, if the User terminates the Service before renewing the following month, access to the Service will end at the end of the month in accordance with the Terms and Conditions page. Your “No Refund and No Return" policy should appear prominently on your website so that it won`t be missed by your users. A no-refund policy is a statement that explains that your company does not provide compensation for purchased products or services that customers return.

If you offer services, you need to add other refund options or incentives to your no-refund policy (as in the example) to maintain customer satisfaction. The professionalism and voice of authority here can help customers accept the fact that they cannot get a refund. Basically, streaming services allow termination to stop ongoing charges. Their policies do not allow refunds, even if there is no use. Products returned out of warranty are a common reason for refusing a refund. You`ll likely refuse these refunds because you don`t want to get a refund from a manufacturer and you don`t want to cover those costs. A 14-day cooling-off period applies to all online or distance sales where a purchase can be cancelled and a refund can be requested, for any reason or without justification (unless the execution of the digital content has begun, e.B. downloaded).

Your customers should be able to easily take advantage of such a layout. For this reason, it would be illegal for you to have a sign or policy that simply says “no refunds", as this would be a misleading statement that contradicts consumer law. A no-refund policy for digital products makes sense because you don`t want people to be able to enjoy all the features of your product for a few months, share it with their friends or store the content locally, and then request a refund of the full amount once they`re done. If you keep the return period open, there is a risk that customers will have to be appeased with refunds for goods that are obviously well used. Your return and refund policy should be fair, clear, and easy to find on your website or app. Proceed with caution, as rejecting returns and refunds will prove costly in the wrong jurisdiction. Apple iTunes has changed its terms of service and services for EU customers due to laws that require it. However, in other jurisdictions, you may have the option of having a limited return and refund policy. When a customer contacts you to get a refund for a purchase, it can be an unpleasant experience. When a store offers refunds, it needs to make this clear to customers. Depending on the state, one of these two rules usually applies: if you don`t allow a refund, it can lead to irritating online reviews that will affect your bottom line.

New Rental Rules for Landlords

It is illegal to increase a tenant`s rent in response to a complaint of housing discrimination, legitimate complaints about the condition of the rental unit, or a tenant exercising his or her right of assembly. If you have a well-thought-out rent increase policy, para. For example, a policy that provides for a certain percentage increase each year and applies to all tenants, you will be in a better position to defend yourself against allegations that the rent increases were retaliation. Unless your property is subject to rent control laws, if you have a monthly lease, you usually need to give 30 days` notice before you can change the amount of rent you charge or other rules, such as. B where and how to pay rent, although some states require more notice. If your property is under lease, you will have to wait until the end of the lease to make such changes. If you are not subject to rent control laws, there is no limit to how much you can increase the rent, although in turn it is advisable to evaluate your rent based on similar units in your local real estate market. If a landlord does not respond to a tenant`s complaints about a violation of the health order, the tenant may require a law enforcement officer or the local health authority to inspect the apartment. An inspector can then come to the apartment, check the conditions and ask the owner to solve the problem if necessary.

In the event that the landlord still does not resolve the issue, a tenant may be able to withhold or move some of the rent, even if a lease or lease exists. However, before withholding rent or moving, tenants considering these options should contact a private lawyer or legal department for more information and advice. A lease is a good option for tenants and landlords looking for stability in a rental. The written agreement between the tenant and the landlord should contain all the rules that apply to the tenancy. One of the top priorities for most landlords who rent to tenants is to ensure that they receive the desired amount of rent and that rent is paid on time and consistently. If you`re renting a property for the first time, you may wonder what reasonable rent is, when and how to move into it, and what to do if a tenant doesn`t pay under the terms of your lease or lease. There are several general principles that apply to these issues in most states, as well as specific laws related to rent control that you need to be aware of in some places. The landlord must ensure that the tenant receives a legible copy of the lease or lease. The lease must not contain illegal conditions such as: In general, a landlord cannot take possession of the rental property, physically remove the tenant or his personal belongings, or change the locks without going through a court. Depending on the reason for the eviction, the landlord must give the tenant 14 days or 30 days` notice. A landlord must then bring a civil action (summary proceedings) before a court and obtain a judgment from the court that sets the date on which the tenant must leave the rental property with his property.

If the tenant does not voluntarily resign on the date set by the court, the landlord must ensure that a sheriff or constable notifies the tenant of an enforceable judgment requiring them to leave and, if necessary, move the tenant`s personal property to an authorized public warehouse. In this case, the landlord is required to pay moving expenses, but is entitled to a refund by the tenant. The tenant has a unique opportunity to claim items of personal or sentimental value from the warehouse and may claim all personal property from the warehouse after payment of the fee charged by the storage facility. In an all-you-can-eat rental, the agreement is valid as long as both parties want to do business with each other. Sometimes there is no written agreement at all in an all-you-can-eat rental, but often the tenant is asked to sign a form that says “lease agreement" or “unlimited tenancy" at the top. This form must include the amount of the monthly rent and the basic rules. Rental if a lease can be changed, what rules or restrictions a lease may contain, service animals and emotional support animals Your lease or lease must clearly state the date on which the rent is due each month. In most cases, it will be the first day of the month, although there is usually no reason why the two parties cannot agree on a different date. The agreement should also determine whether tenants must deliver rent to you by mail or physically, and whether they can pay by check, credit card or cash. It is also important to indicate whether there is a grace period for late lease payments, as well as the amount of late fees.

It`s usually not a good idea to charge excessive amounts in this context, and some states have laws that limit the amount you can charge for late rent payments. Similarly, most states set a limit on the amount you can charge for a returned check. In most places, unless you are subject to rent control laws, the amount of rent you can charge for your rental unit is largely determined by the local rental market. While there isn`t necessarily a limit to what you can charge, it`s wise to research what`s charged for comparable units in your area and try to set your monthly rent based on these trends. When choosing an amount, it must be clearly communicated to potential tenants and articulated in your lease or lease. If the rental property was constructed before 1978, the landlord and tenant must sign and keep a copy of the notice of the Principal Tenant Act and the tenant`s certification. The purpose of these forms is to inform the tenant of the known risks and causes of lead poisoning and to indicate whether it is known that lead-containing paint is present in the rental unit. A landlord must also disclose documents related to a lead inspection or risk assessment of the rental unit, as well as an interim control letter issued by the local health authority or a letter of compliance. If a child under the age of six lives in the rental property, the landlord is required to sell the dangers of lead or to control them temporarily.

Each lease must have certain terms and conditions and must not contain certain other conditions. Landlords must give tenants one of the 17 good reasons to terminate leases and evict tenants. This means, among other things, that there are no longer 20-day notice periods that must be cancelled for no reason. Previously, landlords could refuse to renew monthly agreements for no reason, except in some cities in Washington. .

You will also have a much larger headache if you try to submit the required documents. It`s best to use Form 2-T to cover all your bases and put all the parties involved on the same page.

The contract will include a number of different details about the property and the purchase price. If furniture or personal property is included, it will be indicated on the form. In addition, the legal description and civic address of the property are noted. Note: The Q&A brochure on: Home Inspections mentioned on this form can be found on the North Carolina Real Estate Commission website. Once the buyer and seller have signed the standard form, it must be brought to a local notary office and notarized. Real estate agents must also sign at the bottom of the last page. Lead Paint Disclosure – Sellers of all buildings constructed before 1978 must provide buyers with a written statement revealing their knowledge of the use of toxic lead paint in the building. The standard form 2-T, Real Estate Offer to Purchase and Contract Form, is a legally binding agreement used by North Carolina residents to confirm their intention to sell and buy real estate. This is the main document that records the transfer of ownership from the seller to the buyer – without a properly written contract, the interests of both parties could be threatened. Contracts for the purchase and sale of residential real estate in North Carolina are used by potential real estate buyers to make an offer to purchase a home. The form contains information about the buyer`s offer, the property and the seller.

In addition to submitting their bid, the buyer must explain how they are funding the purchase and when their bid expires. The person selling the property has the opportunity to accept, reject or negotiate the agreement before the expiry date. State law also requires the buyer to receive a declaration of disclosure of real estate, transmitting information about the public services of the residence and defects or material dangers. If the seller accepts the contract, both parties can sign the contract to formalize the sale. An offer of purchase and contract will be made to you by the real estate agency during the sale or purchase. It is important for a lawyer to review the conditions to check if everything is legally binding. Both the buyer and seller must be aware of all the conditions of the document, from the property included to the purchase price to the inspection obligations. North Carolina has usefully streamlined the real estate buying process by including the most relevant information in this document. If someone owns land or property and decides to sell that property, they are responsible for a whole range of different documents. In North Carolina, an offer to purchase and contract form is a standardized form that explains the terms between buyer and seller. The buyer and seller negotiate these conditions and sign the contract.

Mutual Recognition Agreement Philippines

Manila, 19 December 2016 – The Professional Regulatory Commission and the Professional Regulatory Council (PRB) are continuously working with their professional qualifications agency (PQA) counterpart in other ASEAN countries in the hope of forging a Memorandum of Understanding and working relationship for the mutual recognition of professional qualifications. Supplement to ASEAN MRAs; Mutual recognition of professional qualifications (MRPQ) is a Commission initiative to implement cooperation agreements for the mutual recognition of certificates and qualifications, firstly, through careful studies, in particular as regards perceived gaps in professional skills and the qualifications system in other ASEAN Member States, which are common goals of Filipino professionals. Secondly, the identification of areas with a specific orientation of different professions. Third, actual visits are carried out to identified foreign jurisdictions to conduct meetings with their colleagues, which include the consolidation and validation of research results, as well as the alignment and non-alignment of quality frameworks, which ultimately results in a signed instrument or document for the mutual recognition of local and international professionals. Over the past decade, ASEAN has signed Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRAs) in seven professions, all aimed at facilitating professional mobility in the region. The report draws on the findings of nearly 400 ASEAN and member state representatives, private sector employers, training officials and others who participated in focus group discussions, meetings and surveys. Cooperation shall include the exchange of information on professional practice, in particular in the description of basic competences and the benchmarking of professional competences, standards and qualifications, from which similarities and differences are identified in order to fill the gaps identified. Rolando Enrique D. Domingo, Under Secretary of Health and Chief Executive Officer of the FDA Director General, stressed the importance of the FDA`s inclusion in the ASEAN Registry for industry and consumers.

For industry, inclusion will result in less duplication of controls, cost reductions, export facilitation, improved market access, improved industry reputation, transparency of inspection standards and consistency of inspections. Inclusion will also increase confidence in the quality of medicines for consumers, increase the reliability and quality of medicines, improve consumer safety and protection, improve the control of falsified medicines and improve access to affordable quality medicines. As an ASEAN MRA listed inspection service, (1) the GMP certificate issued by the FDA for pharmaceutical manufacturers and (2) the FDA`s GMP inspection reports are accepted by other national regulatory authorities listed under the ASEAN MRA for GMPs. The preparation of the ACS Master Plan 2025, adopted by ASEAN Leaders at the 27th ASEAN Summit on 22 November 2015 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, serves as a guide to its principles of its Member States of the 2016-2025 Annual Plan. It provides overall direction for strategic action to achieve its five core visions of (i) a highly integrated and cohesive economy; (ii) competitive, innovative and dynamic ASEAN; (iii) improving connectivity and sectoral cooperation; (iv) A resilient, inclusive, people-centred and people-centred ASEAN; and (v) A global ASEAN. Partnership agreements with the private sector, industry associations and the wider community at regional and national levels will also be actively sought and promoted to ensure an inclusive and participatory approach to the integration process. Institutions will be strengthened and improved approaches to monitoring and awareness-raising will also be developed to support the effective implementation of the Blueprint. Since the establishment of the ASEAN Economic Community (ECA) in 2015, one of its main objectives is to ensure equal opportunities for economic growth and development in ASEAN Member States (AMS), it has become the third largest economy in Asia and the seventh largest in the world. Annex:->FDA Included in the ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) asEAN, ASEAN Member States officially registered the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under the ASEAN Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for Medicines at the 28th Working Group of the ASEAN Advisory Committee on Pharmaceutical Standards and Quality (ACCSQ-PPWG) in Indonesia on 19-20 December 2019. The approval was accepted following the FDA`s assessment by the ASEAN Expert Group and the successful establishment of the Agency`s technical competence for inclusion in the REGISTER of Recognized ASEAN Inspection Services. However, MRAs are not easy to operationalize. Despite progress in key areas, Member States face complex challenges towards full implementation.

The report is the latest in a project by the Asian Development Bank and the Migration Policy Institute to improve understanding of barriers to the free movement of professionals within ASEAN and support the development of strategies to overcome these barriers. USec Domingo also stressed that successful inclusion is “an important milestone and contribution by the FDA to the government`s strategy to expand economic opportunities in industry and services through Trabaho in Negosyo, as required by the Philippine Development Plan (PDP) 2017-2022, which is based on a long-term vision or AmBisyon Natin 2040." The Philippines is the fifth country listed under the ASEAN MRA for GMPs for pharmaceuticals, after the Health Sciences Authority of Singapore, the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Authority of Malaysia, the Indonesian National Agency for Drug and Food Control and the Food and Drug Administration of Thailand. .

Mobility Online Learning Agreement

Step 13 Assessment Host and home institutions should monitor mobility and assess its quality. The success of each individual activity is very important for a more fruitful cooperation between the two institutions. It is expected that best practices and successes will be disseminated at least in the home institution. It is recommended that the IRC of the home institution meet with the students as a follow-up after the exchange. Information can also be provided to the NA upon request. The sending institution (the responsible person listed by the student) will automatically receive an email from dashboard@uni-foundation.eu with a link to sign it online. All you need to sign the OLA is a regular computer and a pointer/mouse. You use the mouse to “draw" your signature in the “Sign OLA" field. You must ensure that the signature covers most of the signature field, otherwise it may not be accepted by the system. Then click on “Confirm". For the mobility of students to traineeships, the apprenticeship contract should specify how learning outcomes are recognised, depending on whether they are counted in the student`s diploma, on a voluntary basis (which is not necessarily part of the diploma) or by a university graduate. After LA mobility for study.

The minimum requirements for recognition of the exchange program in the study register of the sending institution are included in the LA (Table C). The host institution must provide the student and the sending institution with confirmation that the agreed programme defined in LA has been completed, assessing the number of ECTS credits and the grades received. A transcript printed from the host institution`s educational register may replace Table D of the LA if the content is the same. Confirmation of the study period is an integral part of the post-mobility AL and therefore does not need to be requested as a separate confirmation document. The sending institution is required to provide the student`s results within the deadline set out in the IIA. This should be done within five weeks of the publication of the student`s results at the host institution. The apprenticeship contracts for the studies created for this semester as well as the apprenticeship agreements for the internships are now still available via the previous OLA platform. • The LA proposal may include a list of courses that the student wishes to take in the first phase. The first project can be sent by e-mail to the host institution so that it can add information such as the link to the course catalogue, the name of the person responsible, the expected dates of the mobility period, etc. It also gives the host institution the opportunity to comment on the proposed curriculum and the number of credits, and to make suggestions for additional or alternative courses. Step 12 Report to ECAS – Mobility Tool Mobility Tool is a web-based platform for collaboration, management and reporting of mobility projects under the Erasmus+ programme.

The IRC is responsible for entering mobility data and participant data into the system. Mobility Tool automatically sends report requests to participants after the end of the mobility period, as shown in the “End Date" field of the mobility details. Participants will receive an invitation to complete the report on their mobility. The participants` report is available as an online questionnaire with single-choice, multiple-choice and matrix questions. • For simplicity, LA for studies is divided into 3 parts before mobility, during mobility, after mobility and also contains an appendix and guidelines on how to complete the LA. • Part 1: Before mobility, the part contains information about students, home and host institutions. Table A of the AL describes the proposed mobility programme: course components (subjects/modules), duration of the course (semester/semester, academic year), method of assessment (important information for subsequent recognition) and number of credits. It is also possible to adjust the OLA during the mobility period if your home university so requires. Log in to the OLA system and complete the section under New Apprenticeship Contract with Changes. The OLA can be used by students participating in Erasmus+ mobility for studies or traineeships between higher education institutions holding the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE). As part of the European Student Card Initiative and efforts to promote environmentally friendly practices under Erasmus+, learning agreements are moving from paper to digital.

Digital learning agreements are called e-learning agreements (OLAs) and are gradually being introduced, starting with e-learning agreements for student mobility to study, followed by digital learning agreements for student mobility for internships at a later date. In 2015, ESN joined the initiative launched by the European Foundation for Higher Education (EUF), the project called the e-Learning Agreement, which would develop a tool for students and universities to create and sign an e-learning contract. In May 2017, OLA was launched as a proof of concept for higher education institutions to try and adopt it. The EUF followed with another project, OLA+, which worked to add new features to the platform, such as . B learning agreements for traineeships and the measurement of user satisfaction. In a study conducted in late 2019 – early 2020, more than 90% of students said they would recommend the OLA to their peers. In addition, 93% of RIOs believe that all apprenticeship contracts should be conducted online via an easy-to-use tool. Step 3 Student Mobility Application Package compiled and sent to the host university The application package must include the following: The student begins the process by creating an apprenticeship contract in the OLA system and signing it online. Be sure to provide your students with the correct name and email address of the person in charge of your institution (responsible for signing the apprenticeship contract). The sending institution is obliged to ensure the necessary linguistic preparation for the participants in the mobility.

Step 7 Language test/course From 2014, the European Commission will gradually set up a European online language support service that will provide participants in credit mobility activities with a tool to assess their knowledge of the language they will use to study abroad and to take an online language course to improve their skills. The online language exam is mandatory for each student before and after the mobility period if the working language of the institution is English, Dutch, German, French, Italian or Spanish. The home institution may offer online language courses (2-12 months) for the outgoing student if the student`s level is below the recommended level. .
